Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to most pincodes across India through our courier partners. If your pincode isn't serviceable, we'll contact you and refund any amount paid in full.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.
• Most orders reach you within 3–4 working days of being placed. Remote pincodes can take a little longer.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders within India unless shown otherwise at checkout. Any charge will always be displayed before you pay.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm a COD order before dispatching it. Orders we can't confirm may be cancelled.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send the tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Delays

Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or other events outside our control can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.
