• Payment information is collected and processed directly by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected through analytics tools, to improve the website.

How we use it

• To process, confirm, ship and support your order.
• To contact you about your order by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To send offers, only if you've agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with our payment partner (Razorpay), courier and logistics partners, and website hosting provider (Netlify). We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
